11:30 to 12:30 – Welcome and light lunch
12:30 to 1:00 - Coaching and safety instructions
1:00 to 4:30 – Bike tour with refreshments mid-route
4:30 to 5 :00 - Return
5:00 to 6:00 - Showers
6:00 to 8:00 – Dinner
Lasting 3 to 4 hours, our cycling tour offers 4 supervised routes. All routes are led by a team of certified and experienced guides. Participants will be sorted into separate groups based on their skill level. They will explore the region safely, escorted by motorcyclists and a first responder. A mobile service vehicle will also be available in case of a mechanical breakdown, or in the event of an injury or health issue.
Show your colours by wearing the jersey given as a gift to all participants! Don't forget to indicate your shirt size on the registration form. Please note that there is no guarantee of the proper shirt size for those who register after July 15.
IMPORTANT! To form the groups, a form will be sent to registrants asking them to indicate their choice of route, shirt size and any relevant medical information.
New this year, you will be able to meet and ride with Canadian cyclist David Veilleux. David became the first Quebecer to complete the Tour de France. Despite his success on the road, this native of Quebec City has always continued his studies at the same time and obtained his diploma in mechanical engineering in 2015. Today the father of 3 children, David no longer participates in competitions, but remains passionate about both road and mountain biking.
