  1. Provide your credit card details on our site

If you make a credit card payment through our organization, we request information that is reasonably necessary to complete the processing of the transaction. The information you provide for a one-time payment, such as credit card numbers and security codes, credit card names and expiration dates, is transmitted directly from you to the credit card processing company; BOMA Québec saves only the type of credit card, the last four digits of the credit card number and the expiration date in the case of an incorrect payment that must be refunded. BOMA Québec will send you an e-mail confirming that the credit card transaction has been completed.

In the case of pre-authorized debits for recurring payments, all information is stored by BOMA Québec or a third party acting on our behalf and transformed into encrypted data so that only those who need access to update financial information can obtain the credit card number. Encrypted data is provided to the credit card processor at appropriate intervals. For billing purposes, we may also share your personal information with third parties, including credit card processors, but we only provide information that is reasonably necessary for this purpose.
