The arrival of a structured transport and transit network reshuffles the cards not only as regards mobility, but also for the commercial real estate sector in Quebec City. The development of this project will create many opportunities for both firms and building owners and managers to stand out.
Vivre en Ville and Mobili-T, the traffic and transport management centre for the Quebec City region, are two non-profit organizations involved in urban planning and mobility. They will be making this unique joint presentation.
Vivre en Ville will first outline the advantages of taking sustainable transport and mobility into account (in particular structured mass transit), when determining the location of commercial buildings so as to attract top talent. Mobili-T will then present examples of incentives and actions that building managers and employers can offer their employees or their clients in order to make the most of these coming changes.
Speakers: Amandine Rambert, Urb. OUQ, project coordinator, Vivre en Ville and Marie-Hélène Coll, director, Mobili-T, Traffic & Transport Management Centre for the Quebec City region.
