Based in Quebec City, he leads a team specialized in contingency fund studies, regulatory inspections and technical support for condominiums across Quebec.

A hands-on entrepreneur, he is also an instigator of the Hoodi.ai digital platform, which modernizes property maintenance management.
A dynamic player in the condominium ecosystem, Jonas is involved in various professional initiatives and actively contributes to upgrading practices as regards sustainability and building performance.

By joining the Committee, Jonas wishes to share his expertise, contribute to the advancement of technical and strategic knowledge in the sector, and promote the professionalization of real estate management practices.
