It is with particular emotion that I take pen in hand and thus, on behalf of the entire Board of Directors and the BOMA Quebec team, turn the spotlight to focus on the retirement of an exceptional collaborator, Ninon Beaunoyer.
31 years of commitment. That figure alone testifies to her remarkable loyalty. Ever since she made her début here in 1994, Ninon has literally been involved in every facet of the organization's management: from reception to event organization to communications, and then all the way to the position of Assistant General Manager. She has been present at every milestone, every turning point, every challenge – often in the shadows, but always at the heart of the action.
Having served on almost every committee, over the years she has become a key figure in our ecosystem. Always ready to listen to our members, always on the lookout for new ideas to further our mission, Ninon became a precious resource respected by one and all. Her professionalism, her dedication to the BOMA Quebec community and her ability to combine efficiency and benevolence had a profound impact on our organizational culture.
But what we will remember just as much is her characteristic warmth and empathy. Her calm voice and composed manner, her reassuring calm, her contagious laughter… Ninon was a rigorous but accessible colleague, discreet but essential, committed and always caring.
While her departure will leave a certain void, she will above all leave a precious legacy: that of loyalty, a job well done, and exemplary ethics. She embodied the fundamental values we uphold every day.
As Ninon prepares to embark on a new chapter, I personally and also on behalf of the large BOMA Quebec family, wish to express a sincere and deeply moving thank you.
Thank you for your loyalty, for your professionalism and for the countless little touches that made all the difference. Thank you for 31 years of rare, inspiring and much-appreciated commitment.
My dear Ninon, I wish you a well-deserved and peaceful retirement, filled with new projects, simple pleasures and precious moments. You leave with our deepest gratitude… and our everlasting affection.
