Innovative Environments for the Business Community
At Place Ville Marie (PVM), Ivanhoé Cambridge continues to invest in the curation of new spaces that differentiate the business campus by offering unique downtown experiences.
At Hiatus, the new restaurant-bar located on the upper floors of 1 PVM, occupants can enjoy access to an exclusive business lounge to meet colleagues or hold impromptu meetings. The concept, the brainchild of industry leaders A5 Hospitality and Sid Lee Architecture, is designed to be a catalyst for connections that enriches the experience of property occupants.
The FLEX, a flexible office solution, was thoughtfully designed to foster collaboration and creativity. The space features a barista counter, an indoor garden and meeting rooms with innovative technologies to meet the needs of hybrid meetings. This modern space is intended to be a gathering place for the occupants of Campus PVM, a characteristic of office life that many have missed in recent years.
Staying Connected
At PVM, a mobile application was launched to centralize all communications and services offered to the business campus’ workforce, enabling them to make the most of their experience both in their property experience and downtown.
The myCampusPVM application provides easy access to services such as La Conciergerie, whose service offering is designed to simplify the day-to-day lives of occupants (courier, tailor, massage therapy) and tenant companies (event organization, conferences, mail relay, corporate gifts). La Conciergerie’s personalized approach enables PVM’s business community to take full advantage of the event programming that enlivens their campus, notably on Esplanade PVM whose activities attract downtown workers.
Whether from the office or from home, property workers can consult the app, which offers a newsfeed including contests, promotional offers and events. A valuable resource for planning their time downtown to coincide with the activities that spark their interest.
