The deadline for property professionals in your area to complete both the 2018 Office EER and Industrial EER surveys is Friday, March 30th. Help us promote submissions to the commercial real estate industry's most comprehensive resources for benchmarking office and industrial properties by encouraging the sharing of a building's data with the appropriate survey. Any commercial property can submit prior-year income and expense data to the 2018 surveys, regardless of whether or not the property is owned or managed by a BOMA member.
There are numerous benefits to commercial property owners and managers for providing their office and industrial property data to the EER. For sharing their data to the EER, they will:
- Receive a FREE top-level Market Snapshot report, which assesses how their building compares to its market peers;
- Gain priority access to the 2018 Office EER and/or Industrial EER—and receive deep discounts on their subscription(s); and
- Fulfill a prerequisite for applying, maintaining or renewing their building in the BOMA 360 Performance Program.
Should you have any questions, please contact Joanne Arnold at jarnold@boma.org or 202-326-6346.
BOMA CANADA
Sustainable workplaces
For those companies or organizations that have a green mandate BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) Canada is proud to introduce BOMA BEST® Sustainable Workplaces, the perfect tool to lead you and your organization to an environmentally sustainable workplace.
Not only will BOMA BEST® Sustainable Workplaces validate what you’ve already done, it will give you a road map to improve key performance indicators. The standardized framework requires you to benchmark, monitor and set goals in seven areas that you typically have some measure of control over: energy, water, waste, e-waste, construction and renovation, procurement practices, business and employee travel and indoor air quality.
