2017–18 BOMA AWARDS 

The BOMA Awards program is the most prestigious and comprehensive program of its kind in the commercial real estate industry.

BOMA Quebec will be launching its prestigious 2017-18 BOMA Awards competition in November 2016. Office buildings, industrial buildings, multi-unit residential buildings and shopping centres are all eligible.

The BOMA Awards pay tribute to excellence in property management, and include three sections: environment, building of the year and the pinnacle award.

• The Building of the Year award highlights excellent building management practices.

• The Environment award underlines efforts to improve a building's environmental performance.

• The Pinnacle award recognizes outstanding customer service in three different categories: customer service, innovation and exceptional service.

The competition is open to all member categories, i.e. to owners, managers and suppliers of products and services for the building management sector.
