Association announces new Board of Directors for 2018 - 19
Montreal, Thursday, April19, 2018 – Following the annual general meeting of BOMA Quebec on April 10, outgoing president Mario Poirier proudly passed on the torch to his successor Bruno Turcotte, who becomes the 55th president of the organization.
Renowned for his expertise and active in the milieu for many years, Bruno Turcotte has more than 25 years' experience in commercial property management and real estate development. Currently vice-president of Real Estate and Material Resources La Capitale Insurance and Financial Group, he is in charge of asset management, operations and the real estate portfolio for Quebec and Ontario. He had previously been head of Administration and Property Investments with the Industrial Alliance Financial Group, vice-president, Real Estate Management, with Kevlar Real Estate Investments and real estate manager at SITQ Immobilier.
Mr. Turcotte's commitment and dedication within BOMA Quebec goes back a long way. He has been a member of the board of directors since 2004 and was a founding member of the Greater Quebec City committee in 2002. He was also president of the organizing committee responsible for the 25th edition of BOMEX®, the BOMA Canada national convention held in Quebec City's Centre des congrès in 2015.
