BOMA Québec 2014-2015 Board of Directors

Thursday, April 9, 2014. At the end of its annual membership meeting, BOMA Quebec (Building Owners and Managers Association) was pleased to announce its Board of Directors for 2014-2015.

 

 Mr. Dominic Gilbert, B.A.A., Vice-President, Real estatefor BTB Real Estate Investment, is the new Chairman of the Board of Directors, replacing outgoing chairman Mrs. Anne Marie Guèvremont, Director of Property Management for GWL Realty Advisors .

 

He will be assisted by Mr. Guy Lamarre, Vice-President Operations – Quebec at Ivanhoé Cambridge, who was elected First Vice-President, Mr. Mario Poirier, Property Manager at Canderel Management inc. was elected as Vice-President and Mr. Nicolas Valence, Vice-President, Advisory Services for SNC Lavalin O&M was elected treasurer.

 

Past Chair Mr. John Rosato, will  become Governor. New elected directors  are Mr. Christopher Arnaoutelis, Director Special Projects, Property Management, Magil Laurentian Real Estate inc., Mr. Phillip Lassman, General Manager of Windsor Station and Deloitte Tour for Cadillac Fairview Corporation as well as Mr. Robert Barbeau, President of  Signature service d’entretien.
