After a round table discussion last fall on the energy and operational challenges building owners and managers are facing during this pandemic, the BEC invites you to a second webinar on the theme of energy management and its attendant operational challenges. Many are of the opinion that the post-Covid future will feature a hybrid workforce, a model that combines remote work with office time. We can expect to see more collaborative spaces, unassigned desks and offices, along with a possible modulation in the demand for rental space. The discussion will focus on establishing priorities when planning projects aimed at modernizing and upgrading the energy efficiency of HVAC systems and controls, taking into account this possible new reality.
