What are the risks  for the land owner, tenant or even the neighbour?  What power does the Ministère du Développement durable, de l’Environnement et la Lutte contre les changements climatiques  wield over this contamination? What precautionary measures should be taken regarding the leasing, purchase of sale of contaminated land?
